Win tickets to Casablanca and Bed and Breakfast at The Temple Bar Hotel

casablanca comp 300x216 Win tickets to Casablanca and Bed and Breakfast at The Temple Bar Hotel

Just as we were despairing of not having anything to give away competition wise the best email just came in and I just had to post this straight away.

I love Casablanca, and I love Temple Bar, so when The Temple Bar Hotel got in touch with us and invited a lucky reader to get two free tickets to see a re-screening of the classic movie Casablanca with a free overnight stay and a complimentary breakfast how could we be anything but impressed at their appeal to our romantic side.

To claim this prize, you must be free to come to Dublin on Tuesday the 21st of July and you must love the movie Casablanca. To weed out the genuine fans from the not so genuine fans we’d like you to leave a comment to the popular movie buff question ….

“If a remake were made of Casablanca ….. who’d play the part of Rick Blaine ?”

To leave a comment simply click on the title above, scroll down and leave your answer in the comments box at the end of the post -  the best suggestion will be chosen on Monday afternoon.

The Temple Bar Hotel offers great rates from €70 per room in a city centre location. For more information and offers from the Temple Bar Hotel why not check out their website !

Please note that the screening takes place next Tuesday July 21st at 7.30pm at The Screen Cinema Dublin -  so be quick and good luck !

Hasta be George Clooney, if you can’t have Humphrey digitally remastered into it some how, then George is the next best thing

OK..I have to agree..George Clooney really would be the best..Damn it!..He’s just so good looking! My girlfriend chooses to see his films at every opportunity. I’m dead jealous of the guy but if he helps me give the girlfriend a nice prize like this maybe I could end up liking him.

I don’t think anyone could replace the Humph.. With all the digital whizzery-bob around, I’d go for a cut and past job and that way – we’ll always have Bogie…

Yep, I do realise that doesn’t sound nearly as romantic..
