For €195 per person they’re running a “Non Shock’ detox which includes one night’s bed and breakfast at The Brooklodge and Wells Spa,a full body exfoliation, a detox body wrap, a relaxing lymphatic back massage, a stretch and tone class and a scenic guided walk.     Would love to win the detox for two- put on so much weight over xmas and since I got married last May – so much so I dont have confidence in myself anymore- this is just the fix I would need to kick start me off again to being healthy! :-)
