In case he didn’t catch the not very subtle hints you’ve been throwing him, the five star Hayfield Manor Hotel in Cork might just be able to rescue the romance – they got in touch to offer a free Valentines package to a SavvyShopper reader.

You and your significant other will receive overnight accommodation in one of the Manor Rooms, a five course gourmet dinner on the night, the famous Irish Breakfast next morning as well as luxuries like full access to the Beautique which includes a gym, indoor pool, outdoor Jacuzzi and steam room.
