Where? The Robert Chambers School
The Facts: Robert Chambers have two schools, one on Grafton street Dublin 2 and one on Liffey street dublin 1. The school is open Monday to Friday from 10am until 5.30pm and offers all the services you’d expect to find in a regular salon including wash and blow drys, ghd curls, highlights and colour correction.
Loved: The staff! Before Stacy (my hairdresser) began she gave me a full colour consultation and she happily answered my fussy questions – Lets just say i’m a very nervous passenger when it comes to my hair I need plenty of reassuring!
Didn’t love: The rain outside.Even my trusty brolly couldn’t protect my glossy locks from the monsoon!
How much? €85 for highlights , wash, cut and blow dry.
Verdict: The end result was exaclty what I ordered , I was in and out in two and a half hours and I saved myself 70. The Christmas appointment has been booked – I think that says it all!
